Primates especially Apes have always had a special place in my heart and over the past two years I have been fortunate to have worked with Orangutans in Borneo and Baboon and Vervet Monkey n South Africa.
Before leaving South Africa I spent a week
observing the Chimpanzees at Chimp Eden the only chimpanzee sanctuary within South Africa. That week re-kindled my desire to learn more about these fascinating apes and has led me to book my next adventure in Cameroon at the Limbe Wildlife Centre, this centre offers a home to many animals caught up in the Bushmeat trade and also animals that have lost their home through de-forestation. They house Chimpanzee, Gorilla, and any other smaller primates in fact any animal that needs their help
I venture there after christmas and will keep this site updated with my newest adventures
